Cafe Kasturi - Reviews

We love going to Cafe Kasturi. It is very close to Central Station and Market City. Nice food and even have a small praying area upstairs for Muslim customers.

This restaurant offers delicious and authentic Malaysian food with moderate to good level of service. The place is divided into two floors, the lower ground has a more casual feel to it whereas the upper one is more to fine dining. My husband and I have been back here many times thanks to the satay, roti canai and nasi lemak which are to-die-for signature Malaysian dishes! We have brought with us friends and colleagues from all over the world and every single time they had wonderful things to say about the food. Muslims would especially love this place as there is a prayer room upstairs with prayer clothes for woman (telekung) and prayer mat prepared so you can take turns (small room so only 1-2 ppl at one time) praying upstairs while waiting for your food. Overall, its a pleasant experience to dine at Cafe Kasturi, I highly recommended it

Cafe Kasturi is conveniently located on George Street and offers a range of different Asian cuisines. It features an ambient setting with tasteful decor, with food still at a reasonable price. The Chilli Noodles are highly recommended, as is the roti canai. A good place for a small function or get-together.
